Hearing Loss Prevention
The ears are fragile and it might not be possible to prevent hearing loss. However, following the below advice can help protect your ears and reduce the risk especially concerning noise-induced hearing loss.

- Protect your hearing by wearing ears muffs or ear plugs if you know you if you are going to a concert, working in a noisy environment, etc. Continued exposure to noise at or above 85dB can cause hearing damage over time.
- Avoid turning on the TV, music, radio too loud. You can try using noise-canceling headphones as they allow you to listen clearly without turning up the volume.
- Try to choose leisure activities that are not very noisy, if you work in a noisy environment. Also, avoid noisy environments when possible.
- Don't insert objects into your ears such as cotton buds.
